Campaign Goal - $1 Million
We have already received $600,003 in pledged monies and $306,086 received as of 10/31/2011! This is from 152 pledges. This made it possible to build our new house!
Next goal: Raise $125,000 by May 1, 2012 to allow us to move forward with Phase 2 - demolition of the annex and construction of a 30 spot parking facility at 1710 North Pine Street.
How can you help? 1. Write a check for a one-time donation to Kappa Delta House Corporation (for an amount you are comfortable with). 2. Make a $1000 donation payable in installments over the next five months. 3. Pledge at the tax deductibility level of $5000 payable over the next five years, with your first $1000 pledge payment immediately and subsequent payments made on a yearly basis. 4. Make a one-time donation of $3000 and place your name on a parking spot marker in the new lot.

Thanks to an agreement with the Kappa Delta Foundation, pledges of $5,000 and higher (over a 5 year period) are payable through the Foundation (with payments first sent to our campaign headquarters to ensure you receive credit for your campaign payment). All pledges and payments will be routed through our campaign headquarters to help ensure proper documentation so that everyone gets recoginized for their support of the new home. All pledges sent through the Kappa Delta Foundation are Tax Deductable. This limit has been set because a certain percentage of the house qualifies as "educational space" and paying for that percentage of the construction cost can be routed through the Kappa Delta Foundation. Other pledges and our mortgage will pay for the other portions of the house.
